  • Interest only Deposited Plan for future reciprocal rights of access easement as per local planning scheme
  • Boundary re-peg and building set-outs for builder
  • Height restricted easements annotated on plans for sewer main within lot
  • Management statement for re-subdivision and strata company
  • Notification (s165 and s70a) documents
  • Final surveys, project management and lodgement of document at WAPC, Landgate and Local Authority
