  • Boundary re-establishment and pegging of parent lot
  • Overlay architectural and structural drawings on parent lot and calculations for building set-out
  • Place TBM’s for pad heights, set-out building corners and provide suitable offsets
  • Provide sketches showing marking placed for clarity and good communication over the multiple set-out visits
